Returns
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the item has been dispatched.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
