We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
For pre-order items, the dispatch date shown on the product page will apply. Our first UK batch is expected to dispatch from 10 June 2026.
Shipping Time
Estimated UK delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

We may use trusted delivery partners including:

Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos and order details.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
